Terms and Conditions
If paying by AMEX an additional 2.5% will be charged on top of the total price. This does not apply to debit card, master card, cash or cheque payment.
All Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other goods or orders. In the event of a wedding being postponed or cancelled for any reason the balance must be paid in full and the goods collected.
Delivery dates for all goods and orders are expected dates and are not definite. We aim to ensure we have your goods in store 8 weeks prior to wear date. Some circumstances may result in your order being delayed. If orders are in store and ready 7 working days prior to the wear date, full payments will be required and goods collected 7 days of the delivery of the gown and it must be paid before fittings take place.
- It is your responsibility to find a seamstress/tailor to alter the gown
- We take no responsibility for the condition or fit of the gown once it has been collected and left the premises.
- We take no responsibility for a dress not fitting due to extreme weight loss or gain, pregnancy or other circumstances beyond our control. If there are any discrepancies regarding the size when the gown arrives, we will require you to be re-measured to ensure that your size has not changed since ordering the dress. If a new dress is required, it will be added to your balance at the full retail price plus any surcharges.
Delivery of your gown to a seamstress within a 20 mile radius can be made at the charge of £50 after you have paid the balance and signed to agree the gown can leave the boutique.
Slight Variations in fabric, colour, texture and trim can be possible.
If buying a 'sample' gown in the sale, the gown must be paid in full and can only be taken once monies are cleared. Samples are sold as seen and are non-refundable.
All accessories such as veils and jewellery must be paid in full at the time of ordering and once delivered there is no refund policy unless goods are damaged or not what you ordered.
We cannot be held responsible for the gown once it has left the premises. You will be required to sign a release form on the day you take your gown home to agree that you are happy with the gown and any alterations.
